Kega Fusion
Kega Fusion is a highly compatible, closed source emulator that supports SG1000, SC3000, Master System, Game Gear, Genesis/Megadrive, SegaCD/MegaCD and 32X. It is no longer in development.
There is not much to configure. Any changes can easily be made through the menus.
